On the Naruto Manga Chapter 322, it was revealed that one Akatsuki has been attacked by the group where Shikamaru was a member. It was not yet confirmed if that Akatsuki member has been killed or was just captured, but it's leader, Shikamaru's sensie said, that Akatsuki was down.
